1. Shipping Methods and Rates
1.1 Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Via Standard Australia Post or Aramex.
- Express Shipping: Available on request, costs vary depending on weight, size destination.
- International Shipping: Contact us for details.
1.2 Shipping Rates: all orders over $250 are freight free, orders under $250 incur a $20 fee for standard shipping.
2. Processing Time
2.1 Plain stock products: Products without branding/decoration will be dispatched within 3 to 4 business days from receipt of order.
2.2 Branded/Decorated Products: Products ordered with embroidery or printing will be dispatched within *10 to 15 days from receipt of order.
*artwork must be provided in high resolution jpeg, pdf, png or vector ai/eps with transparent backing. Artwork provided in low resolution will incur graphic design fee and may cause delays in production and shipping.
3. Order Tracking
3.1 Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.
4. Shipping Restrictions
4.1 Restrictions: We ship Australia wide and welcome deliveries to *Po Boxes.
*Please note, shipping bulky items to PO Boxes will incur additional fees.
4.2 International Shipping Restrictions: Please email us your international address and details of intended purchase for further information.
5. Shipping Damage or Loss
5.1 Claims: In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier and endeavor to resolve the issue.
